Course Objectives
The course focuses on understanding the concept of survivability through the effective management of risk, threats, policy, system configuration, availability, and personnel. The course also addresses incident response and provides a technical foundation for working with operating system, network and application security, and cryptography.

Attendance
All students are required to attend classes punctually and regularly on time. Students are expected to come to class fully prepared to discuss textbook readings and course assignments. Access to the final exam will be granted to students who attain an attendance in excess of %70 for theoretical, %80 for practical.
